Illumio Core provides Zero Trust Segmentation for cloud and data center workloads. Illumio Core stops ransomware and cyberattacks from spreading by delivering intelligent visibility, radically simple label-based policy creation, and automated segmentation and enforcement.

Illumio Government Cloud is an easy, fast, and proven Zero Trust Segmentation solution that uses a lightweight agent known as the Virtual Enforcement Node (VEN). The VEN is a local component of Illumio Government Cloud and is installed on each workload within a customer’s environment. It provides workload information and enforces policy rules by managing Linux iptables or Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) policies. The VEN is included in the Illumio Government Cloud FedRAMP package.
