The Lifebit Cloud Service Offering (CSO) is a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service platform that enables authorized users to ingest, store, manage, and analyze biomedical and genomic datasets. The CSO provides web-based and API-based access to workflow orchestration, job execution, and results visualization capabilities. The CSO supports execution of containerized and workflow-based analytical pipelines on cloud infrastructure resources within the authorization boundary.

The CSO includes components for user authentication and role-based access control, audit logging, secure data transfer, encryption of data at rest and in transit, workflow execution management, and administrative monitoring. The CSO is deployed within a logically isolated cloud environment and integrates with supporting services for logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, and configuration management as defined within the system authorization boundary.
