The platform supports traceability of documents, parts, materials, and operational activities, including QR code-based workflows connecting physical processes to digital records. The service includes secure email and messaging, browser-based application access, shared workflow interfaces, file storage and sharing, audit logging, and workflow-based access to operational data across users and teams. Aeroplicity Browser provides browser-based, single-application virtual desktop access to platform functions and data, supporting controlled access workflows in which user interaction occurs within the service environment rather than through local endpoint processing or storage.
